Abstract
The higher photon flux and highly collimated microbeam of B23 beamline for SRCD has enabled unprecedented measurements of chiral systems in the fields of Life and Physical Sciences. Examples and current developments in the fields of time resolved CD with microdevices, spatially resolved CD coupled with microscopy, binding interactions of proteins with drugs, DNA and multi-protein complexes to determine directly conformational changes, Kd and stoichiometry, and high throughput CD screening with 96-well plates.
