Abstract
Stephen Jolly is a Senior Fellow of the Defence Academy, Shrivenham. A former instructor at the British Defence Intelligence & Security School, Chicksands and certified psyops planner, Stephen was a Visiting Fellow in Psychological Warfare at the International Centre for Security Analysis, King’s College, London (1999–2002). In 2013-15, Stephen served as the UK’s Director of Defence Communications. During that period, he chaired the cross-government National Security Communications Committee and was a member of the Government Communications Board. Stephen has been a Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge since 2005.
