In this Business Briefing, Professor Nadkarni will share findings of her award-winning research on the global enablers and inhibitors of women in corporate boardrooms. Professor Nadkarni will also discuss why taking a holistic view to female representation in executive roles is important in evaluating the degree to which females play a significant role on corporate boards and in shaping corporate strategies and outcomes.
