Short Baseline Neutrino (SBN) program at Fermilab

Abstract
The Short Baseline Neutrino (SBN) program at Fermilab is posed to provide a definitive result on the existence of neutrino oscillations with âm2 ~ 1 eV2 by locating multiple liquid argon time-projection chambers (LArTPCs) on the same neutrino beamline. MicroBooNE, the first detector in the SBN program, has already begun collecting data, while the new near and far detectors (SBND and ICARUS , respectively) are well on their way to begin taking data in 2019. I will discuss the goals of the program, give an overview of recent MicroBooNE results, and describe the current status in construction of the near and far detectors.
