Abstract
The PdOC Society is pleased to announce the next PdOC Interdisciplinary Lecture and dinner reception at Peterhouse on Thursday 20 April. We are delighted that Clive Wilkins (Artist-in-Residence) and Professor Nicky Clayton, Professor of Comparative Cognition will give the next lecture entitled ‘Observations from the Edge of Beauty ~ an Arts-Science Collaboration’. The lecture will start at 6pm in the Theatre at Peterhouse. Dinner will be served afterwards from 7pm in the Hall.
The Crossing the Barriers lecture series aims to promote University of Cambridge postdoc research visibility by offering an environment to exchange ideas, concepts and views across different fields of research, as well as offer postdocs an experience of college life and an opportunity to meet and network.
The lecture is open to all postdocs and is free to attend but booking is required. Tickets to the dinner cost ÂŖ35 for a pre-dinner drink, three course meal and wine. Tickets must be pre-booked by the 7th April.
