He founded Decisive Technology (now part of Google), publisher of the first software to automate surveys online; CustomerSat (now part of Confirmit), a pioneer in enterprise feedback management; and co-founded Pyze, the mobile intelligence platform. He has invested in dozens of privately held companies and mentored thousands of entrepreneurs on five continents. A contributor to Forbes, he holds bachelors and masters degrees in EE/CS from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
