Abstract
This will be open discussion with Alejandro Vinao and Alan Blackwell. Alejandro will bring some short musical extracts, but most of the discussion will be focused on (a) characterising the computational processes that pose a particular challenge in his work, and (b) trying to identify new ways of specifying those processes by analogy to similar situations encountered in the research of our group.
