Sustainable improvement is a key aim in UK Industrial-Military, availability contracts. How might an environment be built where military and industrial staff jointly pursue improvement as normal behaviour? This presentation explores the role of values, objectives and incentives in supporting improvement behaviours and practices in a multi cultural organization.
