Abstract
Our “Wines Smart Infrastructure” project with the civil engineers uses wireless sensors to monitor the condition of large structures such as bridges, tunnels and sewers. We have been looking at the practical security of the sensor network platform adopted by the project, the Crossbow MIC Az motes with associated firmware, software and gateway. We have discovered, implemented and successfully demonstrated a variety of attacks that we are going to explain to you. Work in progress, currently being written up.
