Abstract
The Psychometrics Centre in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and the Department of History and Philosophy of Science cordially invite you to a distinguished lecture by Professor Jim Flynn.
Professor Flynn is from the Department of Political Science and Psychology at the University of Otago, New Zealand and is credited with identifying the ‘Flynn Effect’ – the year-on-year rise in intelligence scores.
The lecture will be followed by drinks and cakes, and there will also be an opportunity to purchase signed copies of Professor Flynn’s book What is Intelligence: Beyond the Flynn Effect.
