Abstract
In this SciBar, Nick Ader will talk about his research on controlled cell death.
The body is made up of trillions of cells. These cells are constantly growing, dividing, and dying off. Your body targets certain cells, such as cancerous ones, to self-destruct, keeping the rest of you healthy. Nick’s has been studying one of the mechanisms of this controlled cell death.
