Abstract
In this talk I will describe three products I’ve been involved with at Red Gate Software, which is a company that specializes on tools for Microsoft SQL Server. These products are SQL Log Rescue (a tool that reads the transaction log of SQL Server databases and allows database “undo”), SQL Refactor (a refactoring tool for SQL Server databases) and SQL Compare (a database schema comparison tool). I will talk about both the scenarios in which the tools are used and the problems we faced during development.
Series This talk is part of the Computer Laboratory Opera Group Seminars series.
