Abstract
Python is well established as a scripting language for scientific computing.
We will talk about using the Python for various tasks, and how to interface it to compiled code, be it C, Fortran, or C++. Some mention will be made of ctypes, SWIG , pybind11 and numba – which all have different strategies for interfacing to your code.
