Abstract
In this talk, I will present the wealth of information on the universe contained in CMB polarisation. However, many difficulties arise when trying to access this valuable information from observations. I will present one of the most important of these issues concerning its power spectrum estimation from maps and a way to solve it. In a second part, I will present forecasts on the estimation of the tensor-to-scalar ratio β which gives the energy scale of the cosmic inflation β from future CMB polarisation observations as well as on the detection of a breaking of parity in the gravitational sector in the primordial universe. I will finish by presenting current work on the impact of Faraday rotation on the CMB polarisation.
