DESCRIPTION:Abstract: Motivated by the numerical approximation of highly o
 scillatory integrals\, we consider asymptotics of orthogonal polynomials w
 ith respect to varying complex weights. The zeros of these polynomials acc
 umulate along various arcs in the complex plane\, and the study of the asy
 mptotic zero distribution of these polynomials relies on many interesting 
 areas of mathematics\, including complex analysis\, logarithmic potential 
 theory\, and harmonic analysis.
