DESCRIPTION:Cities now host the majority of the world’s population and d
 ominate global economic output. They are also recognised as being increasi
 ngly resource intensive and have expanding environmental footprints. This 
 project seeks to better understand the nature of demand for services in ci
 ties\, and how this demand might develop in future. This will be used to e
 valuate potential risks and determine interventions that could be made to 
 make cities more sustainable and resilient.
