 t the Laboratory of Molecular Biology. Her research centres on dendritic c
 ells and their roles in the initiation of immune responses against pathoge
 ns and tumours. Using proteomics\, transcriptomics\, and CRISPR-Cas9 based
  genetic screens\, her lab aims to understand the molecular mechanisms und
 erpinning the ‘danger signals’ that first inform dendritic cells of th
 e presence of viral infection or of a tumour\, and then coordinate the res
