  of RevolutioN Trains who have pioneered the concept of crowdfunding to br
 ing model trains (mainly in N gauge) to market. We shall no doubt hear fro
 m the entire process and get hands on with samples and a "behind the scene
 " look at model rail manufacturer. \n\nMixed audience\, from many differen

 .....................\n\nAbout the CURC :\n\nFounded in 1911 from the Camb
 ridge University branch of The Railway Club\, Cambridge University Railway
  Club (CURC) is the second oldest railway enthusiast club in the world! Th
 e CURC arranges an event in Cambridge most weeks during Full Term\, most o
 ften a presentation by an invited speaker\, almost always a key profession
 al from the rail industry\, on a specific subject. The club is not just tr
 ain talk\, but about how the railway works. We have a celebrated history o
 f CURC alumni who now work in the railway industry\, with some at quite se
 nior levels.\n\nMembership for students costs £10 per year or £25 for li
 fe membership. We charge £3 at the door for non-members\, upon your third
  entry to a talk (first two talks are free). So come and try us out for fr
 ee\, gain exclusive access to key railway professionals and depots and you
  might just want to become a member! (We won’t tell anyone you are \;) )
