 nd campaigners -\nto help clarify issues and questions over how we conceiv
 e of\, conserve and ultimately value nature.\nTo delve into the concept of
  Natural Capital\, and the assumptions behind it: \nThe concept of ‘natu
 ral capital’ is usually thought to imply the possibility of its valuatio
 n in monetary\nterms. Expenditure on ‘natural capital’ is then seen as
  a form of investment.\nIn this final event of the AHRC-funded DNV project
 \, we critique this notion considering what we risk losing when we apply c
