DESCRIPTION:As we add more data into an analysis\, how should parameter co
 nstraints change? Should the uncertainties just shrink\, or should the cen
 tral values be expected to move also? I describe a fruitful approach to in
 vestigating such questions and consider some examples. The point of view p
 resented also enables us to understand what changes to expect if we add mo
 re parameters to the model.
