DESCRIPTION:Targeted sequencing is an efficient method to interrogate gene
tic variation at the specific gene locations. This requires pre-selection
of loci of interest and subsequent design of sequencing strategy to reveal
the genetic variation. The sequencing results require advanced bioinforma
tics analysis to define associations between the genetics variations and t
he phenotypic features. \n\nSession 1\nDiscussion on how targeted analysis
of hot-spot mutations enable identification of clonality in blood\n\nSess
ion 2\nDiscussion on causal genetic variation and molecular mechanisms rel
ated to different autoimmune diseases\nDiscussion on improved bioinformati
cs workflow for disease Quantitative Trait Locus (QTL) analysis\n
