DESCRIPTION:The study of heavy hadrons is passing through an incredible er
 a with\nthe discovery of numerous heavy subatomic particles. The study of\
 ncharmed baryons and heavy tetraquarks are integral parts of this\nresurge
 nce in scientific interest to explore the spectrum of strongly\ninteractin
 g heavy hadrons. I will first present the energy\nspectra of charmed baryo
 ns obtained using lattice QCD and discuss\ntheir implications on the recen
 tly observed states and future\ndiscovery. In the second part I will prese
 nt our recent results on the energy spectra of various\ntetraquark states 
 with one or more heavy quarks using lattice QCD. The presence of deeply bo
 und doubly heavy tetraquarks and their possible\nfuture discovery will als
 o be discussed.
