the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in 1984\, with Cesar Milstein. Sh
e started her own lab at the Basel Institute for Immunology before moving
to University College London\, the Dunn School of Pathology\, Oxford\, and
the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research (CIMR) where she was Directo

es in 2005\, a member of EMBO in 2006\, and a Fellow of the Royal Society
in 2013. Her research is focused on understanding the cell biology and mo
lecular mechanisms controlling secretion from cytotoxic cells of the immun
