DESCRIPTION:The Film:\nMarvel’s smallest hero is back\, and he’s broug
 ht backup. Not long after the events of Captain America: Civil War\, Scott
  Lang (Rudd) grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a super
 hero and a father. While he struggles to balance home life with his respon
 sibilities as Ant-Man\, Hope van Dyne (Lilly) and Dr Hank Pym (Douglas) co
 nfront him with an urgent new mission. Donning the suit once more\, he mus
 t learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the pair work together to uncover s
 ecrets from their past. Contains moderate violence.\n\nIn each SciScreen s
 ession\, a scientist or engineer explains the science from the film in a s
 hort talk before the film.\n\nThe Speaker:\nDr Francesca Day studied Natur
 al Sciences at St. Catharine's College\, Cambridge and completed a DPhil i
 n theoretical physics at Magdalen College\, Oxford. She is interested in p
 article phenomenology and in using astrophysical observations to search fo
 r new fundamental physics. Her DPhil research focused on analysing X-ray t
 elescope data to search for astrophysical signatures of axions\, ultra-lig
 ht particles predicted by string theory models. Outside of research\, Fran
  is a science comedian.\n\nThe Talk: \nCould we ever shrink things? Physic
 al size plays an important role in physics\, and there are many scientific
  obstacles to shrinking technology. Could they ever be overcome? If so\, w
