DESCRIPTION:*The Cambridge University Energy Network (CUEN)* is delighted 
 to offer you the chance to get engaged with a less technical aspect of cli
 mate change within our second lecture. The theme is on a critical synthesi
 s of information from the _science_ and _economics_ of climate change.\n\n
 This is our inaugural set of annual lectures\, and this session promises t
 o be an interesting and engaging forum for debate. We are proud to host _D
 r. Chris Hope_ as our speaker.\n\n_Dr. Chris Hope_ is a University Reader 
 in Policy Modelling at the Judge Business School. He builds integrated ass
 essment models of the costs and impacts of policies to tackle climate chan
 ge with the ultimate goal of improving public and private decision-making.
 \n\nChris Hope has been an advisor to the House of Lords into aspects of c
 limate change economics\, and a lead author and review editor for the thir
 d and fourth reports of the IPCC\, which was awarded a half share of the N
