 design or conduct qualitative research studies that are customer\, user or
  patient-centric.\nIt will present a step-by-step guide to framing objecti
 ves that are truly user-centric\, as well as demonstrating how to choose a
 nd engage stakeholders effectively\, and the benefits that result from thi
 s. The talk will focus on healthcare research studies\, and will draw upon
  case-studies and visualisations from this sector. However\, the approach 
 can be applied to other industry sectors.\nThe talk will also highlight th
 e value of presenting research findings in a more visual and dynamic way t
 han in traditional academia - attendees are advised to bring an open mind!

  a research-led consultancy\, specialising in patient experience\, custome
 r experience and employee engagement.\nHe has also served on the Advisory 
 Panel for The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)\, and as a mentor for
  the entrepreneurial programmes 50th Generation and Ricoh Ignite.\nRick is
  a Public Governor for the Cambridge & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.\
