DESCRIPTION:We consider scalar field theories that minimally break time re
versal symmetry by means of a low gradient expansion of a background equil
ibrium dynamics. Using dynamical renormalization\, we will show how this e
quilibrium breaking changes the structure of the flow of the background ph
i^4 theory. In particular\, the Wilson Fisher fixed point splits into a mo
re than one fixed points\, one of them controlling a nonequilibrium phase
transition\, somewhat resembling the equilibrium Lifshitz fixed point that
regulates a transition between bulk phase separation and micro-phase sepa
ration. This predicts a new universality class that controls the transitio
n between non equilibrium bulk phase separation and micro-phase separation
 .
