DESCRIPTION:Abstract: In biology\, localisation is function. Cells display
a complex\nsub-cellular structure with numerous distinct niches responsib
le for\nspecific biological processes. Consequently\, not only must protei
ns be\npresent in a cell to accomplish their biological functions\, but th
ey\nmust be localised in their intended sub-cellular locations. In contras
t\,\nmis-localised proteins can have serious advert consequences. In this\
ntalk\, I will present how contemporary experimental and computational\nte
chnologies can be used to produce proteome-wide proteins localisation\nmap
 s.
