DESCRIPTION:I will present a new framework for characterizing gravity/dark
  energy on cosmological scales in a scale-dependent manner. In this work\,
  our motivation was to provide a cosmological analogue of the parameterize
 d post-Newtonian framework to characterize departures from the standard mo
 del of cosmology. Our approach provides a common  structure for comparing 
 the salient features of different models and their observational consequen
 ces. Within the context of our framework\, I will discuss a potentially un
 ique signature of braneworld models on cosmological scales.
