  reason for the success or failure of a venture is whether or not the team
  (as defined by its composition\, experience\, expertise\, chemistry\, sof
 t skills\, shared purpose and values) is effectively formed and developed.
 \n\nThis practitioner-led talk is an opportunity to understand more about 
 the formation\, shared vision and development of good entrepreneurial team
 s and how they build businesses. It will explain the need for the founder(
 s) role(s) to evolve and how entrepreneurs can influence the investor.\n\n

 en to all. The 2018-2019 series runs across three terms and takes place at
  Cambridge Judge Business School (not the Dept of Engineering). Please che
