DESCRIPTION:We describe the g=0 stationary OGW theory of (CP^1\,RP^1)\, in
cluding descendents\nand including equivariant invariants.\n\nWe find a ve
ry surprising formula for the intersection numbers in terms of sums\nover
graphs\, and based on it we are able to define by localization a\nwhole-ge
nus formula.\n\nWe conjecture that a true geometric definition that would
yield the\nlocalization formula can be found.\n\nIf time permits I will de
fine the open Hurwitz theory\, and give a strong\nevidence for the correct
ness of the conjecture:\n\nIf it holds\, then the all genus open GW/Hurwit
z correspondence holds for\n(CP^1\,RP^1).\n\n\nBased on a joint work (to
appear) with Alexandr Buryak\, Rahul Pandharipande and\nAmitai Zernik.
