DESCRIPTION:We study anti-canonical systems of log canonical fano\nvarieti
 es. More specifically\, we show boundedness of complements for log\ncanoni
 cal fano varieties in dimension less than or equal to 3. This\ngeneralises
  Birkar's recent results about the boundedness of complements\nfor klt fan
 o varieties.  Also we will show boundedness of canonical\nindex for semi l
 og canonical Calabi-Yau surfaces.\n
