DESCRIPTION:Excel is a widely used spreadsheet program with an embedded DS
 L for defining formulae.  This DSL is one of the most widely used programm
 ing languages in the world. It contains many interesting design decisions 
 from its error handling to its type system\, all designed to make it easie
 r for non-programmers to use.  In this talk we will take an informal but h
 opefully informative look at this language\, its syntax and semantics\, an
 d maybe even the implementation itself.
