  have to\nfollow them. This phenomenon inspired a large body of research o
 n how\nopinion leaders shape world views\, influence their networks with v
 iral\nmessages\, and manipulate cultural memes that inform our view of the
 \nworld. We present ground-breaking research on the psychological traits\n
 of hidden opinion leaders\, and how machine learning can be used to\nident
 ify the memes they spread.\n\n_Peter Romero is Psychometrician and People 
 Analytics Lead at the Cambridge Psychometrics Centre. Prior to joining the
  Centre\, he has gathered experiences in strategy consulting and corporate
  R&D\, where he oversaw several global People Analytics projects in cooper
