 ve a lecture on Thursday 15 of May 2008 titled:\n\n"The Parthenon Divided"
 \n\nThe Parthenon ("Elgin") Marbles\, a collection of ancient Greek marble
  sculptures comprising about half of the extant sculptural decoration that
  once adorned the Parthenon in Athens\, have been in England since the ear
 ly 19th century.  The completion of the  New Acropolis Museum in Athens no
 w provides an excellent opportunity for the reunification of the Parthenon
  Marbles\, so as to be best exhibited for the benefit of all humanity.  \n
 \nThe lecture will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the the Ramsden Room St Cathari
