DESCRIPTION:Due to the high production rate of charmed hadrons in the prot
 on-proton collisions at the LHC and the versatile trigger system of the LH
 Cb experiment\, the LHCb experiment collected the world's largest data set
  of charmed baryons. This allows to measure mixing and CP violation parame
 ters with an unprecedent precision to further constrain the Standard Model
  of particle physics or to find hints of dynamics beyond it. In this semin
 ar I will present the first observation of CP violation in the decay of Ch
 arm mesons and I will discuss CP violation and mixing studies with two- an
 d multi-body D decays.\n
