DESCRIPTION:Molecular recognition processes in biology are generally assoc
 iated with protein structure complementarity\, but higher resolution exper
 iments and simulations are now showing how subtle differences in protein d
 ynamics can dramatically alter and/or modulate such mechanisms. I will int
 roduce the computational techniques we have been developing to study large
  systems accurately by coupling MD and experiments and report about recent
  findings for the molecular recognition mechanisms in multiple biological 
 pathways.\n
