DESCRIPTION:Strong gravitational lenses with measured time delays between
the multiple\nimages can be used to determine the Hubble constant that set
s the expansion\nrate of the Universe. Measuring the Hubble constant is cr
ucial for inferring\nproperties of dark energy\, spatial curvature of the
Universe and neutrino\nphysics. I will describe techniques for measuring
the Hubble constant from\nlensing with a realistic account of systematic u
ncertainties. A program\ninitiated to measure the Hubble constant to less
than 3.5% in precision from strong\nlenses is in progress\, and I will pr
esent the latest results and their\nimplications. Search is underway to f
ind new lenses in imaging surveys. An\nexciting discovery of the first st
rongly lensed supernova offered a rare\nopportunity to perform a true blin
d test of our modeling techniques. I will\nshow the bright prospects of gr
avitational lens time delays as an\nindependent and competitive cosmologic
 al probe.\n
