DESCRIPTION:In this talk I will review some new physics interpretations fo
r the B-physics anomalies\, and the implications they have for other flavo
 r and high-pT observables. Regarding the neutral-current anomalies\, I wil
l describe the Rank-One Flavor Violation hypothesis and how the setup can
be constrained with other B-meson and Kaon decays. I will then discuss a c
ombined interpretation of both neutral- and charged-current anomalies in a
context of a fundamental Composite Higgs model\, and its possible signatu
 res in LHC searches.
