DESCRIPTION:Title: The social and psychological impact of cyber-attacks\n\
n\nAbstract: During my presentation\, I will talk about the impact of cybe
r-attacks on members of the public from a social and psychological perspec
tive. The social impact of cyber-attacks refers to aspects such as the soc
ial disruption caused to people’s daily lives. Psychological impact can
be informed by social impact\, and includes aspects such as widespread anx
iety\, loss of confidence in cyber\, and outrage. Lastly\, this presentati
on will reflect on some of the key issues relevant to understanding public
reactions to malicious cyber-events. This will touch on areas including:
 (i) risk perception and protection motivation (ii) attacker identity (iii)
target identity and attack scale.\n\n\nTitle:Drug-Drug Adverse Effect Pre
diction with Graph Co-Attention and could shortly be described as\n\n\nAbs
tract:\nNowadays taking multiple drugs to treat complex or co-existing dis
eases is becoming increasingly frequent. However\, this can lead to side e
ffects\, which are difficult to detect in clinical trials. By leveraging r
ecent advances in graph neural networks\, we propose an architecture which
sets state-of-the-art results for predicting whether two drugs are likely
to cause adverse reactions and what their types would be.
