DESCRIPTION:At the IfM\, first year PhD students are required to present t
 heir work in the First Year PhD Conference as part of their first year ass
 essment. This year\, DIAL have welcomed two new PhD researchers\, Rishi an
 d Xiang. This special DIAL seminar provides them an opportunity to receive
  constructive feedbacks from experienced researchers within DIAL\, before 
 the actual event will take place on the 21st May. Therefore\, we would lik
 e to invite DIAL to come to this seminar and support our newly minted stud
 ents on the abovementioned date and time.
