DESCRIPTION:Electronics have become even smaller year-by-year at an incred
 ible speed and have recently become highly mechanically flexible. However\
 , sensors and transducers apparently haven't kept up to date. In this talk
 \, I will introduce the work on miniaturisation of ultrasonic transducers 
 and their mechanically flexible version\, which can be wearable on cloth o
 r skin and even implantable and will envision potential applications in he
 alth care (e.g. intra-body communication\, mobile monitoring) and other in
 teresting areas (e.g. group interaction analysis) will also be discussed.`
