DESCRIPTION:The International Technical Alliance (ITA) in Networks and Inf
 ormation Science is an initiative sponsored by the UK Ministry of Defense 
 (MoD) and US Army Research Laboratory (ARL). They have formed an alliance 
 to perform research in network centric systems. The alliance currently has
  27 partners including universities\, industry\, and government agencies i
 n both the UK and the USA. The Computer Laboratory at the University of Ca
 mbridge is a member and has an active network research program involved in
  ITA objectives. This presentation provides a short overview of the ITA an
 d the network research projects for the ITA during the past year.
