DESCRIPTION:I will present some new finite element spaces for metrics with
  integrable curvature. These were obtained in the framework of finite elem
 ent systems\, developed for constructing differential complexes with adequ
 ate gluing conditions between the cells of a mesh. The new spaces have a h
 igher regularity than those of Regge calculus\, for which the scalar curva
 ture contains measures supported on lower dimensional simplices (Dirac del
 tas). This is joint work with Kaibo Hu.
