DESCRIPTION:Multivariate long memory networks have demonstrated a regime o
f scale invariant correlation between constituent nodes in modeled dataset
s of neurophysiological processes and financial time series. Studies have
concluded that fractal connectivity is a common property of diverse dynami
c systems which can be well predicted and estimated by Taylor expansion of
the wavelet correlation spectrum. The authors believe that this technique
could be applied to identify correlations in climatological analysis and
 serve as a predictive tool.
