DESCRIPTION:This talk is a case study of an RSE project. I will briefly de
 scribe our motivation for developing tools that predict cancer risk. I wil
 l then cover the RSE aspects of the project\, optimising the risk predicti
 on model\, developing an appropriate web interface\, CE marking the tool\,
  and use of good software practices. I will try to show why these aspects 
 are important for the real world use of the tool. The talk will not delve 
 into the technical details\, so should be accessible to all.\n
