DESCRIPTION:The Engineering Design Centre (EDC) has been researching Inclu
 sive Design for over 15 years\, as well as training and embedding the tool
 s and methods into companies' product or service design and development pr
 ocesses. Most recently the EDC has been working with Siemens Mobility and 
 Hitachi Rail Europe in the Rail Sector to with the goal of making rail tra
 vel more inclusive for passengers. This talk will highlight some of the In
 clusive Design tools and processes\, show an example case study of an incl
 usive intervention\, in addition to describing how a centre for Inclusive 
 Passenger Experience could be created through rail industry funding and wh
 at that could look like.
