DESCRIPTION:Come to the Department of Chemistry to hear from the legendary
  author\, chemist\, and the first speaker of the IYPT Symposium - Andy Bru
 nning! Known for his chemical infographic website\, Compound Interest\, An
 dy has spent the year working with the RSC developing a series of posters 
 of the elements for the IYPT.\n\n"Off the back of an #IYPT2019 project to 
 produce an infographic on every element\, this talk will explore some of t
 he stories revealed on the way: from archaic element uses\, through surpri
 sing element applications\, to spurious facts and misunderstandings."\n\nT
 CSS and ChemSoc have come together\, on occasion of the IUPAC Internationa
 l Year of Periodic Table of Chemical Elements 2019\, to bring you this tal
 k as a part of the larger IYPT Celebration Symposium. It will take place i
