DESCRIPTION:Supply chain theory is well developed for product based supply
  chains. Despite the credit crunch\, service industries are an increasingl
 y important sector of the economy\, yet there is no theory that explains h
 ow service supply chains perform. This seminar presents a tool that has be
 en developed to explore the dynamics of service supply chain performance\,
  and through a business game help organisations understand the service and
  cost implications of different management strategies.
