 n the University of Cambridge\, with particular emphasis on the use of gra
 phics cards in scientific computing. The idea is that it will act as the i
 nitial meeting place for university members working in this field\, be the
 y experienced or new to the subject. The workshop will start with a small 
 number of talks by people already active in the area and conclude with a g
